Sr. Presidente is our dear friend Heberto Añez Novoa, a multi-instrumentalist musician, producer, composer, audiovisual director, visual artist and graphic designer. His musical work orbitates around what can be labeled as "avant-latinamerican-pop".
Heberto lives in Maracaibo (Venezuela), he came to the United States in march 2020 for a string of concerts in Miami, Shreveport and Dallas, only to be affected by a wave of cancellations due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A week before the shelter-in-place order came in effect we got together for this session. As today, May 1st, Heberto haven't been able to travel back home.
